The e-shop went from a side channel to 40%+ of annual revenue
Rose Poupée sells toys. The e-shop existed but ran alongside the business rather than as part of it. Over the course of the partnership it became the channel that carries more than 40% of annual revenue.
How it went
Situation, work, result
The situation
Advertising, email, social media and the site itself were each working, and each working separately. Nothing was wrong in isolation — the channels simply were not being read against each other.
What we did
Targeted advertising on Google and social, newsletter, marketing automation, social media management and analytics were run as a single system with one set of numbers, not five.
The result
The e-shop grew past 40% of total annual revenue. Along the way, research into the audience and the market led to removing the "Boy" and "Girl" filters from the main menu.
That decision made Rose Poupée the first Greek toy e-commerce with a gender neutral menu — three years before the category followed.
The service behind it
Running several channels that do not talk to each other?
The Growth Partner Program is the service behind this case study: Google and social advertising, email and automation, run against one set of numbers.
