Privacy Policy: what we keep, why, and how you control it
This page says in plain language what details upcommerce.gr collects about you — from the forms, the Online Store Profitability Index, appointments and cookies — why we need them, how long we keep them, who processes them on our behalf and how you ask to see or delete them. It applies to both companies of the UpCommerce group.
The joint data controllers are the two companies of the UpCommerce group: UpCommerce (Glyfada), Dimitriou Gounari 218, 16674 Glyfada, Athens, G.E.M.I. 182425603000, VAT EL145978990, and UpCommerce E.E. (Thessaloniki), Andrea Papandreou 285, 56532 Thessaloniki, G.E.M.I. 188075406000, VAT EL803043413. For any question or request about your data, write to hello@upcommerce.gr or call +30 2312 958 943. The single point of contact covers both companies. The two companies have agreed to run the site, the forms and the replies to your requests jointly; you can exercise your rights against either of them.
Contact forms (home page, Contact): name, email, website or business, the topic you chose and your message — to reply to your request. Online Store Profitability Index: name, email, your answers and your score — to send you the results and, only if you tick it separately, practical emails on online store profitability. Appointments: if you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email and the time you chose, under its own policy. Cookies: only with your consent, as described in the Cookie Policy. Server logs: IP address, browser type and pages visited, for the security and operation of the site.
Data from the forms and the test is processed on the basis of your consent (the box you tick) and, when replying to a request, to take the steps before a possible engagement. Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the site’s security. Non-essential cookies, only with consent.
Data from forms and from the test is kept until you ask for its deletion — or until we judge it is no longer needed, in which case we delete it ourselves. You can ask for deletion at any time, with one email, and we do it within 30 days. If an engagement follows, the data required by law (invoices, contracts) is kept for as long as the law requires. Server logs are deleted automatically within a few weeks.
Nobody receives your data for their own purposes. It is processed on our behalf, under contract, by: the site’s hosting provider, the email provider, the email marketing platform we use for the test results and the newsletters, and Calendly for appointments. Some of them are located outside the EU; the transfer is made under the EU’s standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or hand over data to third parties for advertising.
You can ask to see what data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict processing, to receive it in a file, to object to processing or to withdraw your consent — from the newsletters you unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of every email. Write to hello@upcommerce.gr and we reply within 30 days. If you believe we are infringing your rights, you can contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
The site is served only over HTTPS. The forms are protected against automated submissions and their contents are sent to the team’s email, not to a public database. Access to the systems where client data is stored is limited to the team members who need it.
If anything changes, we update this page and the date at the top. Last updated: 1 November 2026.
